- Information you provide:account details (name, email, password), your firm’s name and trade, and any information you enter into the Service.
- Subcontractor and vendor data: the names, contact details, trades, insurance requirements, certificates of insurance, and related documents you or your subcontractors upload.
- Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.
- Automatically collected data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, actions taken, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies and analytics providers.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
- create and manage accounts and process the documents you submit;
- communicate with you about your account, including service and transactional messages;
- send you marketing and promotional communications about Wardly and related products and services by email, telephone, and SMS, where permitted by law and subject to your choices;

- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to or otherwise agree.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
