• Automatically collected data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, actions taken, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies and analytics providers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
• create and manage accounts and process the documents you submit;
• communicate with you about your account, including service and transactional messages;
• send you marketing and promotional communications about Wardly and related products and services by email, telephone, and SMS, where permitted by law and subject to your choices;

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages necessary to operate your account and the Service.

• With your direction or consent: when you ask us to or otherwise agree.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
